Individuals and families face many challenges and stressors in everyday life such as: poverty, parenting, emotional and mental health issues. Mill Woods Family Resource Centre responds to these challenges by offering programs and services to participants in a comfortable and welcoming environment. The programs and services are preventative in nature; by providing support to individuals and families at the earliest possible time many crises can be avoided.
