Welcome
Mill Woods Family Resource Centre was incorporated as a Society in January 2004. The agency resulted from a merger of Mill Woods P.A.T.C.H. Place Society and New Parents Association, two well-established agencies, with over 15 years of helping children and families in Mill Woods. As a merged agency, the Mill Woods Family Resource Centre is able to improve services to children and families in the community.

Teen Triple P Seminar Series
This series of seminars is designed to introduce parents to the principles of positive parenting. Parents will learn how to use these peinciples to encourage teenagers to learn the skills and competencies they need to develop independence and to promote their health, development and well-being. The three seminar topics are: Raising Responsible Teenagers, Raising Comptetent Teenagers and Getting Teens Connected. Parents are encouraged to register for all three seminars; however, registration will be taken for individual seminars. Call 780 413 4521 to register for this no-cost program!
